I made momos and ginger ale. No photos of the ginger ale yet but the fabulous superduper yummy easy recipe is here.I couldn’t make the strawberry thinger because strawberry season is over and all you get in the market is expensive fungified mush.
I can’t say the same for the momos though, they were a painstakingly long process, but my dad said that’s because I made too many. I don’t think so. Three of us inhaled like 40 of them. Yes, they are worth it at the end of the day. But I’d recommend delegating work around if you want to make them quickly. I haven’t figured out the shape they make them at restaurants yet but this didn’t seem too shabby.
